Official language: The official language of the EAO Congress is English.

Registration: A registration form will be available on the web site: www.eao.org and in the Preliminary Programme to be printed in March 2008.

Commercial exhibit: A commercial exhibit will be held in the PKIN centre between plenary session auditorium, workshop rooms and poster areas. It will offer an excellent opportunity for companies to display their products. Firms wishing to exhibit may obtain information at eao2008@colloquium.fr

Accommodation: Rooms have been booked at a preferential rate in different hotels. A reservation form will be available in the Preliminary Programme. For group block bookings (more than 10 rooms), please contact eao2008@colloquium.fr

Call for abstracts: The deadline for submission of abstracts is March 1st, 2008. Abstracts can be submitted in English by internet on www.eao.org

Grants information: The EAO has decided to help young and talented scientists to present their latest research by providing them travel grants. 25 travel grants awardees will be selected among the abstract presenters. The grants will be to the value of 800 ƒ and awarded on site and the registration fees will be waived. You can apply for EAO grant during the abstract submission process available on the congress website. Conditions of eligibility:

Ô Applications will be done while submitting abstracts and must be done no later than March 1st, 2008

Ô EAO 2008 travel grant awardees will be informed mid May 2008

Ô The applicant must be the first author of an abstract submitted for the EAO Warsaw 2008 meeting

Ô Only one grant will be allocated per person
