Objectives: the aim of this investigation was to evaluate stability of successfully functioning implants in the partially edentulous mandibular molar sites using resonance frequency analysis. Methods: Thirty patients(15males, 15females) were selected by inclusion criteria and they were received each 2 implant in unilaterally partial edentulous molar sites of mandibles. Thirty implants were Br?emark?MK II fixtures and others were MK III ones. Average duration of functional loading was 34 months and there were no marginal bone resortions below first threads of fixtures and peri-implant problems. Stability measurements were done at least after 12 months and 24 months loading using Osstell. Results: average ISQ value of MKII fixtures in first molar sites was 73.8 and that in second molar was 72.5. And those of MK III in same area were 72.5 and 71.7, respectively. Conclusions: There are minimal stability changes on successfully functioning implants in the partially edentulous mandibular molar sites after one year loading
