Welcome to Dallas and the 2008 Southwest Dental Conference!

It is my distinct pleasure to invite you to join us as we celebrate our heritage at the 2008 Southwest Dental Conference.

The Dallas County Dental Society is turning 100 years old, and with this being our Centennial year, we have gone to great lengths to bring you a superb slate of speakers, covering a multitude of topics in order to provide you with both fun and CE credits. You will have a unique opportunity to see a wide variety of renowned speakers who will inform and educate you according to your specific needs and interests, regardless of your role in the dental office.

As in past years, the highly popular CE Express (dentists and hygienists) will be back to provide a rapid-fire series of speakers in one hour increments, and The Center for Knowledge will feature live-patient demonstrations of the most innovative and cutting edge techniques and products. Our exhibitors are vital to the success of our meeting, and I encourage you to visit and support them. For your convenience, there will be additional CE scanning in the exhibit hall. Please take a few minutes to look at our great program, plan your agenda, and while youÌre at it, kindly take the time to register for the ticketed courses, as this not only assures you a seat in the lecture of your choice, but also helps us plan appropriate room sizes.

The Southwest Dental Conference has always been known for hospitality and fellowship, and we welcome all our regional attendees from Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

We hope to see you all at the Brasseler Party on Thursday night at the Adolphus Hotel, where you can let your hair down and relax with your friends and colleagues.
