The set comprises a monobloc implant (1) with a threaded section (3) for anchoring in the jaw (100) by screwing, a section (7) in the form of a stud and engagement means (10) for bringing the implant (1) into engagement with a placement tool (2) and said placement tool (2), comprising engagement means (16) complementary to those of the implant (1). According to the invention, the engagement means on the implant (1) comprise a series of holes (10) arranged around a circle concentric to said section (7) in the form of a stud and the engagement means on the placement tool (2) comprise a series of projections (16) corresponding to and arranged to engage in said holes (10).
