Abstract
Cement-retained, single unit implant supported restorations have become a popular method to treat single tooth edentulous spaces. Occasionally, the clinician is faced with the situation in which the restoration demonstrates mobility. This case report describes the treatment rendered to a patient who presented with a chief complaint of a ǃ?loose implantǃ? that had been restored with a cemented PFM crown on a screw retained abutment.
