Synopsis Achieving predictable anterior implant esthetics is often extremely challenging for the clinicians. To create anterior implant restorations with harmonious gingival contours that emulate nature is a fusion of science and art. Understanding the biologic and physiologic and physiologic limitations of the soft and hard tissue, along with proper implant positioning will facilitate predictability in simple to complex esthetic situations.
