The Ontario Association of Dental Specialists, known as O.A.D.S. was formed in 1992 in order to provide a common voice for dental specialists throughout Ontario. It consists of the nine recognized specialty societies.
The purposes of O.A.D.S. are:
To promote communication among the dental specialists in the Province of Ontario.
To act upon concerns of mutual interest to the specialists.
To encourage, foster and develop a recognition of the importance of specialists within the practice of dentistry.
