North Carolina Dental Society 149th Annual Session - May 19-22, 2005 - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Pre-registration for the Annual Session is available on-line in the Members Only section. Each dental office in North Carolina was mailed a pre-registration brochure in mid-February. The pre-registration deadline is April 15, 2005. All registrations must be postmarked, faxed or made on-line prior to this deadline to receive pre-registration meeting rates. Continuing Education courses are included in the registration fee and it is not necessary to register separately for any course except CPR Certification. CPR registration will be listed under the "Special Events" section on the Pre-registration form. Participation in each Continuing Education course is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
REGISTRATION FEES (before April 15,2005):
All dental team members, guests and spouses must register on the dentistÇƒÙs registration form. There is a $40 fee for each guest (each dentist may register a spouse and children under the age of 12 at no charge).
