VISION:
The National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH) ÇƒÏ the grassroots of public health ÇƒÏ is the national voice for effective and competent public health governance.
MISSION:
Our mission is to strengthen and prepare local boards of health, enabling them to protect and promote the health of their communities, through education, technical assistance, and advocacy.
NALBOH has been engaged in establishing a significant voice for local boards of health on matters of national public health policy. Our satellite office in Washington, DC has allowed us to have a permanent presence with other national public health organizations while maintaining our grassroots with our main office in Bowling Green, OH.
