The Montreal Center for Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry has offered treatments for replacing missing teeth with implant supported teeth and cosmetic makeovers since 1990. Offering only these two treatments has resulted in an accumulated experience that both national and international patients seeking these services have benefited.

Along the years, we have looked for ways of treatment that enabled edentulous (toothless) patients with severe jawbone atrophy to be able to have fixed teeth on implants like anybody else (denture wearers of long date, post menopausal women and elderly in general).

We also looked for treatments that would reduce the number of surgeries and having the same outcomes. Bone regeneration with growth factors and synthetic grafts has been the answer and the standard of practice at our Center since 1998. Today people at almost any age can have fixed teeth again!
