FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out vestibuloplastic repair and setting implants in one stage. When carrying out vestibuloplasty with CO2-laser, mandibular alveolar process crest area is exposed in width corresponding to larger implant diameter and implantation is accomplished immediately after that. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course; improved cosmetic results.
