FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing dental implant into prepared bed and filing off external cortical plate of alveolar maxillary process around implant bed for about 0.5 mm and perforating it in several points. Fixed mucoperiosteal cover edge is detached along wound periphery 2-3 mm far from incision line. Membrane of required size and shape is cut out with surgical scissors from prepared sterile allogenic lyophilized dura mater. The finished membrane is laid over the alveolar maxillary process surface. The implant is completely covered with its middle part in the bone bed. The peripheral edges of the membrane are applied to filed and perforated alveolar process surface. Membrane edges are built-in under detached edges of the mucoperiosteal cover. Dura mater membrane is fixed by stitching sutures to mucous membrane edges by means of polymer thread on atraumatic needle. Soft tissue wound is tightly sutured. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; avoided local complications. ^ 2 dwg
