Implant part for a dental implant (1) comprises a spring element (4) between two sections (3a, 3b) of the implant part that move relative to each other. The movement play between the two sections in the spring direction is adjusted to a specific amount by a limiting unit connecting the two sections. Preferred Features: The limiting unit is a limiting stop forming a separate component that is connected to one of the sections and forms a stop for the second section. The limiting stop is a clamping bolt (7) held in bores inserted in each section perpendicular to the spring direction of the spring element. The clamping bolt has a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of at least one of the two bores.
