Course Overview: Our Immediate Implant Dentistry course concentrates on immediate implant placement after extraction and implant overdentures. Both surgical and restorative aspects of implant overdentures are covered. The course also discusses immediate loading techniques and principles and ridge augmentation. It is designed to take the clinician who currently places implants to the next level by showing you the latest and most profitable techniques. It also focuses on the repair of ailing and failing implants, and post-op complications. .
It is recommended that you have some experience placing implants and using regenerative products before taking this course.
