This unique implant system follows a simple protocol: After removing the gingival tissue with a 1.5mm tissue punch, a small pilot hole is made. That narrow entrance extends through the cortical plate and provides both a starting point and a directional guidance. No additional bone drills are utilized. The mini implant is merely inserted into the pilot hole and screwed into place. The seated implant is then in intimate contact with the bone, and can thus be used in the employment of minimally invasive surgical
interventions.
