Abstract
The invention relates to an immediate-loading dental implant. The inventive implant is characterised in that it consists of a single long piece comprising: a bone screw anchoring part (10); an inlay-core (30) comprising elements (32) for the rotation of the implant, elements (32) for the anti-rotation fixing of a prosthesis by means of sealing and elements (33) for the fixing of a prosthesis by means of screwing; and an intermediate part (20) which extends between the anchoring part and the inlay-core and which is flared in the direction of the inlay-core, said intermediate part being positioned at the gingiva. In this way, the invention provides a strong, low-cost implant which is easy to use and which can be loaded immediately. Advantageously, the invention further relates to sets of implants with different dimensional parameters, for example, with respect to the intermediate part.
