Located in the Cullman (the German colony of North Alabama), his office is halfway between Birmingham and Hunstville. Dr. Darnell's patients are people from all walks of life. From all over North Alabama. He is known for his compassion and for his thoroughness in his work. Many cases have gone far beyond what would be considered 'normal' problems seen in dentistry. Dr. Darnell has helped patients with severe oral damage due to genetics, malnutrition, and even the growing scourge known as "Meth Mouth".
