An expandable dental implant is primarily and steadily fixed in an alveolar bone just with a simple structure, in which a lower portion of a body of the dental implant having slits is pressed and widened outward by a rotary shaft moving downward through screw fastening with the body, without using a separate intermediate, so that a patient can chew food in a short period of time after dental implantation.
