<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving tool with at least either a holder structure body or a visually matching marker for facilitating screwing an implant into a bone. <P>SOLUTION: The implant has two internal anti-rotational features. One anti-rotational feature is adapted to engage with the driving tool, and the other anti-rotational feature is adapted to engage an abutment. The implant abutment system comprises an angled abutment to mate with one of the anti-rotational features and a second straight abutment to engage with the other anti-rotational feature. Elastic finger-like bodies are mounted in the abutments, connected to the implant, for providing tactile and auditory feedback indicating when the abutment is properly seated. An abutment screw extends through the abutment and engages implant bore on the distal end side of stems of the abutment for limiting axial movement of the abutment relative to the implant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
