The present invention relates to an implant system for teeth, and in particular to an improved implant system for teeth which is capable of enhancing a strength of an implant tooth by improving an assembling structure of an implant planted in an alveolar bone, an abutment assembled to the implant and a crown covering the surface of the abutment, and implementing an easier dental operation, so that it is possible to increase a selectable range of operation based on the condition of patient's teeth.
