ǃ?HOW TO DO THE SIMPLE PROCEDURES OF IMPLANT PLACEMENT AND IMPLANT RESTORATIONǃ?
MUST BE TAKEN PRIOR TO ENROLLING IN EXTERNSHIP
Lecture topics include: (FIVE HOURS) Surgical anatomy, construction of surgical stents, implant modalities and indications, tissue management and surgical principals of basic implant placement, bone grafting materials and procedures, pre/post op pain management, basic implant prosthetic components and procedures, how to present implant dentistry to a patient.
Hands-on participation with artificial mandibles: (TWO HOURS) Technique and step by step placement of implant placement. Technique and step by step use of prosthetic components.
Course fee - $830 (Breakfast snacks, luncheons, dinner Friday evening provided.)
Upon successful completion: Participant will learn the basics of implant dentistry and will gain the knowledge of the importance implant dentistry will play in the future of their practice.
